Overall I had a good experience and I am happy I went with a local business over some of the larger ones. However, in using impact solar, my home has become the bird lady from Home Alone 2. Impact does not provide pest prevention as a standard package where both ion and blue raven did. This was not disclosed to me or offered as signing. Impact wants to charge another $500 on the back end for that. This actually reduces the overall savings from larger companies.

I am currently finishing up the process of having solar installed at my home. Rory Bowen was my main contact through the process and has kept me up to date with the whole installation! The product is amazing and you OWN it not just lease! You have the potential to get an annual check from Black Hills as your system feeds your unused energy back into the system! They have a No $$ down plan! So, instead of paying an electric bill each month, you make your payment toward your solar system. This bill is right in line with what my electric bill was.
