The HFS Team was incredible.
Stephany, Arnes, and Charles were impeccable throughout the process.
Their work was amazing, they listened to me and explained the process to me throughout.
They were kind, respectful, and treated my home like it was their own.
I would recommend the HFS team without qualification, to anyone. Exceptional service and care.
The crew HFS sent out to redo my hardwood floors were amazing. They were professional, quick and listened to my needs. They answered all my questions and my floors came out beautiful. Stephany worked with me to make sure everything went smoothly. Thank you to Stephany and to Mike and his crew! You guys are awesome!
So it's been about one month since I had my floors redone and I absolutely love them!!! The color, heritage brown, is awesome. Big shout out to Mike and his crew who let me know where we were at in the process the whole time and to Stephany who showed up to physically see problems as they popped up, you think there's hardwood under all the carpet but surprise there's a piece of plywood in between the hardwood!! I would recommend them to anyone thinking about getting their floors redone.
