Thank you to Cindy for giving my daughter her first haircut! Remi had a great experience and she loves her new and improved look! Also Cindy made it enjoyable and asked questions to help my girl feel less nervous and so comfortable and confident in her chair! We will definitely be back as long as she’s there.

If I could rate negative stars I would my wife took my son for his first barber shop hair cut and the lady was nice but absolutely butchered my sons hair now he has his first day of 4th grade..... u people are garbage .....(NEW) I will retract my statement they have called and took accountability i appreciate the quick response from the manager Thanks Leah

Yesterday I walked in, and there was an hour wait. They put me on the list, and set me up for a text notification without me having to download an app. I was able to leave to take care of other errands in the area. I received a text about 45 min. later and arrived 8 minutes later and waited about 5 minutes, so their wait system worked exactly as it should have. My stylist, who I believe was Cindy, was very kind professional, kind, and personable understood right away when I said I wanted to donate my hair and how short I wanted it to be. They have a program at this location and surprised me by not charging me for the cut because I was making the donation. They... read full review
