Originally used First Class for full windshield replacement June of 2025 (through insurance). Dropped my car off, they did their initial inspection. Entire process soup-to-nuts took about an hour and a half (due to the previous windshield installation being botched – I’ll let you figure out who that “big company” was). Everyone I encountered from the back to the front was very friendly, very helpful, and the work was done to and above my expectations. Very satisfied with the entire process – swift, easy, couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Excellent customer service ? Were fast and professional! Very please with how they installed my window in my rv! Everyone was very polite and took care of me, they had a deadline I had given them to replace a window and they got it done a day early thank you guys so much you saved our 4th of July trip!
