First, I used to really like this Urgent Care facility. The doctor (MD) listened to you as a patient & actually helped. Today I went for a bee sting. I am a beekeeper & occasionally get stung. I have severe localized reactions (are non-life threatening & I know what I need to subside the swelling; my NP is closed on Fridays). Called to see if the doctor I like was on duty. He was not & the receptionist wanted to know when I’d be there as the “providers want to go home early today”. I get there at 4:30 & they close at 5pm. See the “doctor” who is actually a PA. Doesn’t really listen as I tell her I have other allergies, carry epipens, etc.... read full review

You need to allow all patients a supportive person to accompany on all appointments. They will greatly benefit from that This only patient stuff is not beneficial to the patients. It’s good to have a second person hearing information and next decision. So there is no mix up or mis understanding information

Do not go here for a DOT physical! I paid $140 and they gave me the paperwork for a 90 day card but never gave me the card. I went in to follow up to get my card extended because I was told that if I came back within the 90 days after seeing my Primary Physician they would extend it and I wouldn’t have to pay again, but when I went in they said I would have to do a whole new physical for another $140 and they would only approve it for a year. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
