My daughter bought a completed new home 5 years ago and it had a one year warranty on everything. After a few months, she gave a written list of issue s that was part of the warranty. None of the issues have been addressed as of this date. I know Covid was a problem but one would think someone would call at some point and offer to help. ! Nothing !!! Workmanship and quality was good but service on the warranty totally unacceptable !! Update as of July 2022. The new girl working in the office called and helped us out ! Thank you for responding !!
