For those that are looking for a new way of building a home, Cleary is it. There are a few options but for the money can't do better. My wife and I had found land that was perfect for our forever home. We were not sure of what we wanted until the word barndaminium came about. Doing research I found Cleary Pueblo West. We set a appointment with Jimmy D and started the planning and design. Jimmy worked on this project to the end. Love my new building BUT the worst customer service i have ever had. If your time isn't valuable then these are your guys. BUT once the contract is signed, this team will leave you sitting at home waiting for them to show and then they won't. Spent 3 different days (and cancelled a planned vacation) being at home waiting for delivery of the garage supplies. I had to call everry afternoon when i was tired of waiting only to be told it wasn't coming that day and it would be there the next week. Cleary is a huge part of this community as it grows, and they have stood by thier word and have been a reputable company. I would do business with them again. Highly recommend for their quality product. We are so excited for our structure!
