As many have said, Nic is AMAZING. Genuine person and has been incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our building process. Nic was also very accommodating to our unique situation and family dynamics which I'm forever grateful and appreciative for more than he will ever know! Every worker we interacted with from Cleary in this process was very professional and friendly.
Chris (concrete) and Robert (electrical) subcontractors were also a joy to work with. The concrete work is incredible, smooth and the lines are perfect. I started this process of building a garage in September last year. We love our garage and the crew was fantastic to work with. We had some problems with weather that caused a small delay and also a shipment of supplies. However, this is the world we live in now. Nick is a quality leader, is organized and genuinely invested in delivering a high quality product. He never failed to return my call and responded to all my questions! I highly recommend this company! Be patient though they are in high demand. Due to processes involving manufacturing or shipping their construction dates may be impacted.

First of all, I want to say it was a pleasure to work with Nic on this project. Nic lead me through the building process and answered all of my questions, and there were many. These buildings don't go up overnight. Once the building arrives on site it comes together pretty quick. Nic's crew was very impressive. This crew had the building laid out and up in a couple of days. They were professional, considerate and answered all my questions.
The sub-contractors, Dionisio Landscaping and Concrete and Midwest Garage Door were also very professional and did excellent work. Chris Dionisio went out of his way, and I appreciate all he did.
