This clinic has dealt with some unruly NP's (Nurse Practioners) in the past.It's never undercut quality care.I'm very pleased with how the clinic runs.Very attentive, concerned about your issues and help you as much as humanly possible.Professional, courteous and caring.The staff, they actually listen to you. No one in this town does that.All problems are addressed.Testing appointments are handled rather quickly.I've been a patient long before this location was up and running.I feel secure with the medical staff.I have many issues wrong with me, and I'm asked if I'm doing OK and what's changed by a caring, professional everytime I go there. (First I'd like to reply to Erika the reason they have you go in because you need to give all the medical history that is very important for good no great care.Also you need to bring in a copy of your ID and insurance card. I know that for a fact they get people in sometimes within hours of the application process.If anyone is looking for a controlled substance they need medical records with pathology before they hand it out like candy.Sick visits are typically quick and will get patients in fast. To live with extreme everyday pain is Hell only a person that has experienced or loves and lives with someone would be able to understand.It took me years to finally find a doctor that genuinely cared and I am blessed for that.Pauline and Betty are caring and also have a very good scene of discernment they know their patients and treat them with dignity and respect, the staff is also very nice I love that this doctors office is real and human.
