Apria's customer service team is easy to talk to, helpful, and efficient in processing orders. Patients appreciate the stress-free experience and have become loyal customers, switching from other companies due to Apria's superior service. With over 325 locations, Apria serves millions of patients annually, providing oxygen therapy, sleep apnea treatment, and other medical equipment. The staff, such as Beth, Mark, and Lesley, have been praised for their attention, care, and thorough explanations. Beth, in particular, has been noted for her immediate offer to help with equipment setup on delivery and ensuring the patient knew what to expect. Customers have described the staff as "beautiful people" and "fabulous," with one patient highlighting the great conversations they had with the team. While there have been some instances of long wait times and frustration with the phone system, the staff have been able to resolve issues and provide a positive overall experience for patients. After experiencing an unexpected life threatening medical emergency the care I’m receiving from the Abode/Adoration home nurses is a “10”. On-time arrivals, efficient, easy scheduling, and great communication before each visit make their arrival a pleasant experience in spite of my condition. Apria has been very good about getting the necessary supplies delivered on time and even switched out a defective pump within hours of our reporting it. Great company to work with.
After everything was sorted out it’s been smooth sailing. Very nice and professional people work at Apria. A special thanks to Mark/Andy I can’t remember his name in the Pueblo office. He answers the phone. No matter how many times I called he was always willing to help.
In contrast, I have opted to award Aria a four-star rating rather than a five-star, as I encountered significant inconveniences due to their Denver office’s interference. Despite my attempts to contact LaJunta directly, I was compelled to visit their physical location in LaJunta. This was necessary because Denver intercepts LaJunta calls on a regular basis. However, once I reached LaJunta, they seamlessly coordinated with Southern Colorado Apria during my return journey from Denver to Rocky Ford.
