    Apria was very helpful in telling me what I needed in order to start receiving supplies, and they were helpful in getting my order processed. I used to get my CPAP supplies from another company but they were terrible to work with. Apria was great! I am a loyal customer of Apria now.

    I have been using Apria for 4 years and I have had great experiences with them. It is quick and easy to re-order supplies (once you get past the menu which is annoying but not as bad as some). Anytime my machine has needed service they have sent someone straight out... No more than 4 hours... And the gentleman that services my machine is fantastic! He is just the brightest, friendliest person all the time. I feel bad that I cannot remember his name because he is always so friendly when he comes to my house.

    I was able to deal directly with the local APRIA office in Pueblo, CO and they were very nice and helpful. That said, the APRIA National Customer Service in Kansas City is absolutely horrible. I had to deal with the KC Customer Service in the past and the Agent, Thomas, that my case was assigned to was just MEAN. I documented all of my interactions with the KC Customer Service Agent. I lived in Pensacola, FL at that time and was eventually able to circumvent the KC Customer Service and deal directly with the APRIA office there in Pensacola.
