The owner, Steve did a great job of debunking with the other “Big Name“ HVAC company had told me was a critical need to replace both my furnace and my air conditioner! Both are 20 years old, but we’re running without problems. Big Name told me they were “unserviceable“, even though I had been paying for a service agreement with them for nine months! Steve came over, took one look at them, and reassured me both were fine! They were safe and running well, without need for repair or replacement!
