“Charlie is obviously amazing! I had my first appointment with him yesterday. I am not one who has done much self-care even with the large amount of punishment that I deal to my body through work and my regular gym attendance.I've struggled with severe knee and shoulder pains for the past two years. The one visit was enough to make those disappear! Will they return, possibly so. But I'll be excited to get back to Charlie for the fix.On another note, I loved how thoughtful of me he was as we had a wonderful, deep conversation (I'm a talker). I also loved how he explained what he was doing as he went through the different moves.
