“Great spacious gym with friendly staff. Very clean, great equipment and plenty of it, doesn't get crazy busy. I mostly use the free weights, can't comment on the classes. I've of the best AF locations I've seen. I pay 65/mo at the time is this review, a little pricier than some but a good value. Located very near the bike path, so i have a nice pedal from Salida.”
“Kevin is excellent at his profession. I had never had Rolfing before and he explained everything in detail and really has affected my body in a positive way. I’ve had massages before but Kevin has a more direct approach to his profession in terms of helping me with any physical issues. I highly recommend him.
