Possibly locked for 12 years or more.-Transitioned from relying on $300 orthotics to comfortably walking in barefoot shoes when I was almost flat footed from childhood.-Noticed a marked reduction in muscle tweaks during workouts--Experienced a considerable decrease in pain in my right hip, which I had snapped something in three years ago running sprints.-Enjoying greater stability in my hips/SI joints, which no longer feel like they could cause my lower L2-L4 to pull out.
