They are friendly until you try to get them to make their mistake right. I submitted a grievance in August 2022 with my insurance company. In March 2022 Falcon Dental replaced my dental bridge before moving out of state. We got to our new location two weeks later and the bridge cracked down the center of my 2 front teeth. I contacted Falcon Dental the next day the and they wanted me to come back to their clinic in Colorado to get it fixed. Initially it took 3 attempts to get the bridge installed due to the inability for proper alignment. Dr. Kate and our hygienists are amazing; however, the management of the building is terrible. My wife received a call from Falcon Dental at 9:15AM explaining that we were late to our son's appointment, but if we came asap (we live down the street) they would service our son. We thought our appointment was at 9:30AM, not 9:00AM - that was our mistake. We were late by 24 minutes by the time we checked in due to the line of people checking in. When it was our turn to check in, the manager of the clinic told us that they would "get to what they could." I was unemployed for almost a year. When I finally found employment and had insurance I called Falcon Dental to schedule my next appointment. They asked for my new insurance to verify my benefits. The never informed me that they were out of network in any of the conversations about we had about my insurance. My 100% covered visit with an in-network provider is now $250 because their employees "forgot to let me know". Even when I called back to ask why I received a bill, the staff had no idea they were out of network and told me that they showed my visit should have been covered.
