I went to the Falcon location and Olivia Bergsten was able to get me in within the hour! She was very personable and such a joy to talk to while she did my hair. I came in with botched hair that I thought was not saveable, after sweat and tears lol she SAVED my hair! She was able to fix my orange splotchy highlights and turned them into what I had asked for from the other stylist at another salon. I have long and super thick hair and she was beyond patient with me during the entire process! Sydney did an amazing job with both my cut and color!!! It was a bold cut and color and she brought it! I would highly recommend her!!!! I had a vision and she matched it! She took her time, was patient, and truly knew what she was talking about and walked me through her thought process each step of the way!!!
