There are several things I like about this salon.
1. Transparent pricing. No arbitrary decisions when you pay your bill. It's all online.
2. Very clean.
3. Nice front staff.
4. Skilled stylists.
Otherwise, the stylists need to try being a bit more warm and friendly. Also, please slow down. Twice now I've gotten stylists who are trying to multitask.
I got a full highlight done with Nicole and she was amazing! She let me know right away my hair was thick and the price would be a little different, which I expected, but she went above and beyond working sooo many foils into my hair. I hadn’t been in anywhere in a while and it looks so natural and blended, and just turned out perfectly. Great service and results!
Lovely stylists. I made a mistake and booked for the wrong day and they took me within 30 mins of what I "thought" was my appointment time. Not pushy and very friendly. I've had brow services and hair services here and loved them.
