Last weekend I had the most amazing customer service experience that I've had in years, or potentially ever. I was having problems with a fireplace pit, and I went to the Big Tool Box in Parker, where an employee named Mike took the time and effort to figure out what was going wrong and helped fix it. He went above and beyond the call of duty. I am so impressed not only by him but by the Big Tool Box having employees like him who are willing to take the time and effort to help a customer in need. In today's world where it is hard to find someone who is knowledgeable and helpful, it was a breath of fresh air to find someone like Mike who cared enough to help. By the way, The Big Tool Box in Parker is about 14 to 15 miles away from where I live and probably the same distance away from the Home Depot near me. Well worth the trip.

My son needed 2000 grit sand paper, so I went to Big Tool Box in Parker, I was looking at the signs for that isle and I saw an employee and ask what isle it was in and he walk me to the and told me all the way down and on your left, the I proceeded down the isle and there was another employee and she ask what I neededed and she help me out. The employees were very friendly and very helpful, that's the kind of customer service every business should have, differently would go back and shop there. 5/28/2026 went back to Big Tool because I had to replace my sprinkler head and I though that I was going to have to replace the whole thing but no John had a Tool to unscrew the broken piece from the sprinkler body so I ended up paying $2 for the nut it screws onto WOW!!! This place is great, they have my business for sure

I really like this store but felt something shady occured when trying to use my $5 Ace Reward towards a qualifying purchase I made. However, because the product was discounted by 4 cents, my $5 Ace Reward wasn't eligible. Printing on the receipt how I saved $.04 is a bit insulting. I don't know if this is an Ace corporate decision or the store can control, but I would have preferred to have been told that the item I was buying simply wasn't eligible and not that since I saved 4 cents, they can't apply any addtional discounts. While this isn't going to be anything that breaks the bank for me, it just makes me feel like I'm getting the slimy used car sales vibe. Disappointing it's their store, their rules.

Cruz was out locking up because they closed early for holiday hours and he stopped what he was doing to help me out and take a look at my mower where I bent the blade by hitting a tree root and some edging after my husband had spent all afternoon changing spark plugs and getting the mower running. Cruz set me up for repair but tried to help out to see if he could adjust it without a big repair. His customer service and willing attitude, even after a long day were outstanding. It is something hard to find most any place especially from young people. Terry his co-worker was very helpful as well. I will definitely be giving my business to the big tool box off parker rd & Hess. Thanks Cruz.

great place great staff but my call to Landscape dept never goes through, never. Web site disappoints if they want to ask an end-user . They should test it multiple ways as should the webmaster. I am trying to be helpful. I finally rang hardware and they helped me with my landscape issue. I believe that if you try to leave a message they insist you know the part by initials....nope!

Great place! Brady was the person who helped out big time tonight. Very knowledgeable, great customer service and took the time to fully understand. Shout out to to Mike and John as well. Been shooping here for multiple of the blue collar businesses I own and they are great finding anything stihl product and more! Thank you for being a great and resourceful place.
