While a water leak is never fun, Summit Mitigation Restoration was a pleasure to work with. This week I had my first water leak, and immediately gave them a call. I was surprised by how fast they were able to get out and evaluate the situation. Oleg was friendly and I appreciate his patience and willingness to answer my many questions. He explained everything thoroughly, including what he was looking for and the process to fix it. They were able to come back later the same day to set everything up, and were flexible on their pickup time due to another appointment I had on the final day.
