Kristin is extremely thorough. She explained the benefits to each product she used and went into detail about my skin type and how to care for it at home. She also treated my hands and chest, explaining they show signs of aging early if not taken care of. She was so helpful and made me feel comfortable, as previous facials weren't as enjoyable.
