I’ve been here a number of times, including haircuts, highlights and fashion colors. I’ve never been disappointed. Everyone I’ve encountered has been pleasant l, and students genuinely want to learn. It’s a school and takes longer than a regular salon, so I plan for that. The color services are a particularly good price.
I’m currently a barber student at Stacy James Institute, and it’s honestly been an amazing experience. When I first started, I was really anxious and didn’t know what to expect.
James and my teacher Jane have made a huge impact on me. They’ve created an environment where I feel comfortable, supported, and pushed to get better. They take the time to actually help me understand what I’m doing.
I’ve grown a lot in confidence and cutting skills, and I can see the difference in my work compared to when I first started.
