Traveling in our motorhome and broke down in central Colorado. Called M&G on a Sunday morning. They called back and sent Travis to us, 1.5 hours away. Travis got us into our RV site and had to order a part from Ford, broken shift cable, could not put RV in gear without going under the RV and doing it manually. On Monday his partner Ashton was able to secure the part and have it shipped in. Wednesday afternoon Travis was back and installed the shift cable and we were able to do continue out trip Thursday morning. Both Ashton and Travis were professional and nice. The M&G crew was very knowledgeable and professional when servicing my class A. We ran into a slight delay due to a bad new part, but they got me on my way just in time. I believe their pricing is competitive and the crew seems honest and fair.
