Scheduled shingles shot for Friday 8am. Checked in at 8:00, out by 8:05. Very friendly nurse who shared information on how people generally respond to the shot, what to look for with respect to injection site reaction, etc. I'll be back home before 8:30am to get the day started. Doesn't get much more simple efficient than that!
