I can't shower Parker Heating & AC Repair with enough accolades! From the inquiry online to the installation of the new water heater and handshake absolutely everyone was so stellar. Within ten minutes of requesting a quote to replace our water heater online I had a call letting me know a technician could come out that very afternoon free of charge to assess my needs. Walter the SUPERSTAR came out and not only evaluated what would be required to replace the water heater and give me a quote, he educated me on facets of the installation process I didn't even know I wanted to know. Hayden did a nice job on my tune-up. Make sure you have a new filter available before they arrive because they need a clean one to complete the service/testing and they charge a premium for the ones on the truck.
Had our first “Gold Plan” maintenance service for our home AC system yesterday. With 100deg temps again forecast for today, having confidence that all is in great shape, is a good thing.
