Parker Heating & AC Repair was out to my house within 30 minutes of me calling for a water pipe repair that was spraying water in my basement. Travis was awesome and completed the repair within the hour. Thanks again for the service.
Parker Heating & AC was fantastic to work with. They were professional, detail-oriented, and took the time to thoroughly explain what they were doing. Their communication was transparent, and I always felt informed throughout the project. It was a pleasure working with their team, and I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to others.
We had a new air conditioning condenser installed. The two guys who did the installation arrived on time; they were knowledgeable and explained everything.
I was concerned because I couldn’t be home most of the day in case there were questions, problems, etc. They reassured me, and told me who to call to get updates about their progress. They were very respectful of our home, and did a fabulous job on the installation. These guys are skilled and efficient. A huge thank you to Austin, and the second gentleman whose name I’ve forgotten. I apologize for that. They couldn’t have done a better job!
