I’m just going to say right now, Tracy is the handyman in or near Parker that you’re looking for. Best prices around by far and he does quality work that is pretty rare these days. We’ve already put in a work order for our next project…and also alerted everyone in Cobblestone Ranch to contact him. Tracy and his associate did a great job replacing kitchen and closet handles. Because the handles were from China, we had trouble with the screws for all the drawers, but they made it work. Much appreciated.
Tracy is the best! I recently needed some major deck repairs and had been quoted by another company $45,000. $45,000 was out of the question, so I started looking around for a second opinion. Thank God someone in a FB group had mentioned Parker Handyman, so I called. Tracy came out and told me that could use most of the material from my existing deck and could fix it for $17,000.
