I put too much soap in the machine for the load that I was washing, and when I noticed that the cycle ended and everything was still soapy, the manager paid for another wash to rinse it off and even added some fabric softener to get rid of the suds. So wonderful and friendly!
I was very impressed with their customer service. I don't normally expect very proactive employees at a laundromat, but when I walked in and started looking for a machine to wash my dog's bed, one of the employees on duty saw me looking around and took the initiative to direct me to the right one. He was also very friendly and helpful through the whole thing, but not to the point of being annoying or intrusive. Machines worked well enough to get my things clean and dry without spending a fortune. The cost of the large washing machines was somewhat less than I expected it to be. This laundromat is great ?, plenty of machines that wash clothes very well, and plenty of dyers that work well.Very friendly and helpful staff, along with clean environs.For a person that depends on a laundromat, it's reassuring to have One Stop Coin laundry as go to for those needs, have wifi access to help the time pass.Kudos to One Stop and their Staff
