“I’ve been coming here for a couple years now. The place is very clean, professional, my nail tech is wonderful. I just read an awful review and I have to comment on it. I was in the salon on the day of the incident and witnessed all of it. The person complaining was way out of line very rude and racist. I was a nail tech for 28 years. I had all I could do to not say anything to the client. The nail techs were more than nice to her, handled it very professionally. I would have asked her to leave the salon and not come back. The only one acting inappropriately was the client. Screaming. I’m an American nail tech. If that’s what you wanted you should have gone to an American salon. It’s sad that people like you treat others so badly. You should be the one apologizing….. not them.“
