Austin came to do an initial assessment of why our mini-splits were not pumping cold air. He was on-time, professional, and respectful during his work. Very impressed with Moore at this point.
Follow up: Dave came and worked on the problem and resolved it. Troubleshooting took some time and ingenuity but he solved it. Can't say enough great things about Moore. I can recommend them with confidence. I wasn't disappointed.
