I went to Tracy at the Loft for a consultation and she was so helpful, super friendly and very knowledgeable. She even went out of her way to meet me on a Saturday morning.

Before starting a new medication in June for a rare blood disorder, I had very nice, thick, long hair.Shortly after starting the meds, I realized that my brush had more & more hair in it every time I brushed.When I washed my hair, large strands would come out.By the end of June, it was obvious that I was losing my hair. I had Covid last fall. About 2 months later my hair started falling out in clumps. I lost most of the hair on the top, crown, and sides of my head. I was embarrassed to be seen in public. I found Tracy at The Loft and she fitted me with the most wonderful wig. When I went out again people just thought I had a new hairdo! It looks so natural. Tracy has had many years of experience but what I liked was her intuition of what would look good on me. She also spent a lot of time teaching me how to care for my new "hair". She really knows what she is doing and I would recommend her to anyone needing a wig.
