The stylist, Delilah (I hope I'm spelling her name correctly) was friendly and did a good job cutting my mom's hair. My mom has extreme difficulty hearing and mobility issues that require her to use a walker. Delilah was patient with both. There was a second and third stylist, the second was also friendly and had positive interactions with her customers, and with me. The third one, who presented like a woman who owned flying monkeys and had the attitude to match, brought the whole place down. If I could have avoided the third stylist, our visit would have been much more pleasant.

Checked in online for 8am, which is when they open. Arrived at location to find that they don’t open until 9am. Google and great clips website have the open hours as 8am-7pm for this location (Monday-Friday)
