First and foremost, they deeply respected our Hindu traditions and rituals. They were incredibly understanding, patient, and accommodating with every cultural and religious request we had.
It was important for us not to delay the services according to our traditions, they worked tirelessly to help us receive our mother from the coroner’s office as quickly as possible. They handled everything with remarkable efficiency, allowing us to perform all the rituals at the proper time and in accordance with our customs.
When we needed to transport our mother’s ashes both domestically within the United States and internationally, they guided us through every protocol with expertise and care. They provided all the necessary certificates and documentation, and at one point even personally contacted the consulate to confirm exactly which certificates were required for international travel.
Throughout the entire process, they never once referred to our mother as “a body.” They always respectfully referred to her as “your mom,” which meant more to our family than words can express.
The facility itself is exceptionally clean, peaceful, and well maintained.
Every single person in the building was compassionate, respectful, and kind to our family.
When embalming became necessary, they did a beautiful and dignified job. During the viewing preparations, they helped us tremendously with helping us dressing our mother and ensuring everything was done with care and grace. Because of their support, we were able to present our mom so beautifully for her final viewing.
