Made a phone call beforehand asking about the service I wanted done and laughed with the teller throughout the phone call. Went in less than 10 minutes later and was helped by two different people quickly and efficiently. got my service done and let happy. Thank you!

This is the worst bank I have ever been subjected to use ! o no longer have Chase credit cards nor a personal nor business account due to the horrible customer service i have repeatedly been subjected to at this location. Ride and unlnowleable tellers as well and as manager who is never there no returned a phone call in the years i had the accounts.

My father passed away just over two years ago and I had a terrible time dealing with this location on Jordan rd. The bank manager insulted me at the drive thru and I immediately opened an account at First Bank. The service at First Bank is FAR SUPERIOR and Chase lost a great deal of business due to the actions of this branch manager back in 2020.
