    Training here has been an absolute game-changer. The tailored workout plans focusing on my personal goals have been great and have provided a seamless transition into long term habits. Mike is highly knowledgeable, friendly, and encouraging; and provides a warm and welcoming environment without the crowds.

    I have been doing semi-private personal trainig at Balanced Life Fitness for over a year. I have seen (and feel) such a huge transformation in my body. I hate missing a single session. I recommend them to anyone considering joining a gym or trainers.

    Mike and the Balanced Life Fit Fam have been great! Mike is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and genuinely committed. Mike's system is effective, efficient and (mostly!) enjoyable. I had never been much of a "strength training" person and was worried that it would be intimidating, or that I would exacerbate an already-injured shoulder. Mike was patient with my limitations and never made me feel anything but encouraged as my abilities and overall strength/capability have increased each month! I am still astonished that my formerly chronic "bad shoulder" is now pain-free and strong! Highly recommend.
