Rick and Conner wow, they’re for phenomenal gentlemen they got me set up gave me to her. I really appreciate their professionalism and their courtesy. Highly recommend if you get the opportunity to work with these gentlemen, take it.

This location recently underwent a remodel. They sequestered all the cardio equipment into a small space which has no air flow and is extremely hot! You get to stare at a wall as the TVs are directly overhead the front row of equipment and are not viewable. Someone clearly did not plan this out very well. Try Castle Rock instead of this location.

The wet blanket who works the front desk in the early mornings is incredibly negative, rude, and unhelpful. The bathrooms are always filthy.
