JD was very responsive and communicated with me through the whole project. From the initial inspection, he was honest, transparent about costs, and explained the entire remediation process clearly. They efficiently contained the area, treated the mold and asbestos safely, cut out and replaced the damaged drywall and flooring, they installed the new flooring beautifully.
