“I want to thank Dr Starman and Bryan for being so compassionate and patient when I recently took our cat, Belle in because she was not eating. Upon further diagnosis, it was a shock to hear Belle had a huge mass in her abdomen and her blood work was off the charts. There was only one decision to make and that every pet owner dreads. Through the whole process of having to put our beloved Belle down to sleep, Dr Starman's kindness and empathy shined through. This was especially remarkable considering it was only the 2nd time she had even met Belle. If/When we are ready to get another kitty, Larkspur hospital will be our only choice.“

More importantly, he’s never scared or anxious to go in, which is super comforting since he’s had a lot of anxiety around grooming in the past. Everyone is extremely nice and friendly. “We have an older dog who has always had troubles in the past with getting her nails trimmed. We started taking her to Dirty Dogs about a year and a half ago and they've always taken such good care of her. They're gentle with her and aware she's older and has some anxieties. Today they even squeezed her in to get a nail trim and a sanitary area shave because she needed it. Even if you're looking for just nail trims, they're awesome here and they really do put the dogs health and comfort first, which is so important. They are also wonderful and personal with the dogs. They know the dogs they're working with and they build a relationship. I cannot say how much I appreciate them and the work they do with my older dog.“

“We’ve taken our dogs to Country Critters (CC) for almost 20 years. The grooming is done by experienced staff. The owner is a Show Dog winner! We currently have four Cocker Spaniels of different ages, and they come home looking beautiful. We don’t want perfection, we expect kindness, love, and a job well done. The two dogs before them, were approximately 15 years old when I first took them to CC. They lived to 18 & 19 years of age and were treated with sweetness. Our younger dogs are spunky and they go into the “Salon” without prompting. We keep going back for a reason…“
