I’ve been taking my dog here for 15 years. So she is old and does need a little patience. They’ve always been okay but the past couple times I’ve gotten my dog back she’s bleeding and has a half finished cut. The last time I picked her up they had cut her in multiple places and her foot was bleeding profusely. They told me they couldn’t finish her haircut because “she wouldn’t let them”. They put her foot into corn starch to “stop the bleeding” so they could send her home and it was then our problem. She bled all over the car on the ride home. They didn’t clean the wound or anything. Be ware.... Yesterday I took my golden retriever for a bath and a trim, I have taken him there a few times already and had good results. Not this time. The door was locked and the closed sign was still out 25 minutes after 8:00 which is when they open. I knocked and rang the bell and she was on the phone when she opened the door. She flipped the sign to open and gave me a crusty look. The owner, Nancy took him in and as she pulled him back, his legs went out from beneath him as she shoved him into the kennel, and she was rude to me from the minute I walked in the door. Rude, Rude. This place sucks. They cut my dogs hair so short his skin was red. We stopped going here. The lady there just seems like all she cares about is money and rushing you and your dogs out the door. Go down the street to Pampered Paws instead they actually care about your dogs haircuts and doing it right.
