My MacBook Pro overheated during a charge at a rental in Pagosa Springs and would not turn on. I called Apple and they couldn't help, suggested I go to the closest Apple Store. Haha! Not out west! I was freaking out because I needed it for work as I traveled, and the closest MacRanch was an hour west in Durango (the opposite direction we were traveling). I found The Computer Man online and left a message. Josh, the owner, called back as soon as he opened Monday morning at 10am. He got me right in, popped open my MacBook and fixed it within minutes and for a very reasonable fee. I was so afraid I'd be out of luck, but he saved the day!
