About Ok Nails

I travel 6 months a year and depend on reviews to guide me to all kinds of places. I read these reviews and almost skipped this salon. I decided to give it a shot and am so glad that I did. I was very up front and let her know that I’m a wimp about getting my cuticles being nicked and she listened to every word. By the time we left, I was in contact with several people who work there and they were all wonderful. 5 stars!
Ok - is right. I had an appointment for a full set. Was told I only needed a refill… Which was fine… But told her I wanted to change the color of my tips… And she either didn’t understand or pretended she didn’t understand me. When I told her to go ahead and keep them white, but I liked them thick… She said she could use a pen to color them in after cut down. I found the Service to be lazy and not focused on what the customer wanted.
I don’t want to trash someone’s business… They were friendly enough… But they really need to listen to what the customer wants… As we are the ones paying for the service
Lahn always does a very nice job and her prices are very reasonable. She works extremely hard and often fits me in on short notice. I have not tried any other salon in Pagosa, and never felt I needed to go anywhere else.
