I have used Heckmann Chiropractic for several years as a summer resident of Pagosa. He does exceptional work, and has kept my body in better condition than any other chiropractor I have seen. I wish I could stay year round just sobI could see him!
Truly the only Chiro I will go to in Pagosa now. It’s like getting a physical therapy + chiropractic session in one! After just one visit I had more mobility in my degenerative cervical disc issues, and mind-blowingly less pain in my torn rotator cuff + post-surgery ACL/MCL/PCL complications. He didn’t just adjust my bones, he realigned my MUSCLES so they’re holding the bones in the right place, and I can absolutely feel the difference. Not to mention that my whole body just feels solid, stronger, and like it’s all in the right place without any pain or soreness that ‘traditional’ Rack ‘em up; Crack ‘em up chiros cause. Dr. H is incredibly gentle & intuitive with his adjustments, but truly more effective than any other chiropractor I’ve seen in all my years of banging myself up! All the while explaining why/what he’s doing, and then giving me exercises & manipulations I can do myself to improve. I feel so much better, and also armed with more understanding of where my pain was coming from and what I can do to stay ahead of it along with his expert treatment. Very Grateful!
