We moved into out Colorado Dream Home almost 5 years ago. The planning & construction process was great, on time (and this during Covid) and within budget. I write today as it is 94° outside yet our CDH remains at 74° with only the overhead fan running. Truly an energy efficient home that is also cozy warm in winter! Debra & staff are wonderful to work with & always go the extra mile to ensure satisfaction.

We live in Texas but own land in Pagosa Springs. We plan to build our retirement home on the land in about 4 years. We met with Deborah and her crew and Colorado Dream Homes last week.
