We moved into out Colorado Dream Home almost 5 years ago. The planning & construction process was great, on time (and this during Covid) and within budget.
I write today as it is 94° outside yet our CDH remains at 74° with only the overhead fan running. Truly an energy efficient home that is also cozy warm in winter!

We live in Texas but own land in Pagosa Springs. We plan to build our retirement home on the land in about 4 years. We met with Deborah and her crew and Colorado Dream Homes last week.
