I'm so thankful I found Shalene and Embodiwork Studio over a year ago. I have challenging issues, but Shalene is always up for the challenge. I originally sought her help with TMJ jaw pain, which worsened after getting braces, and she has relieved that pain for me, also helping with popping and tightness. She is currently helping me with challenging neck and head pain. She brings years of specialized experience to her practice, but also is willing to research ways to better work with my issues. She integrates her knowledge and training well with her natural intuition for massage and bodywork. Her studio is calm and inviting and she is easy to be around and talk to (or not!). When in Pagosa Springs, especially after soaking in the springs you are most likely to be sunburned like me and my wife. The resort offer services but we ended up going to Lora at Pagosa skin Therapy and we received personalized care and she really cared about her craft, her products were tried and true after her 24yrs in the industry and we will be going back. I recommend anyone to go to her and you won’t be disappointed!

Was a wonderful experience! I have never been to a Hot springs before. With so many pools to choose from, you never felt crowded or or packed in . Christina Martinez made us feel welcome. She was an absolute delight. Our room was amazing and the bed was so comfortable! I would recommend this for anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation

We live in Texas but own land in Pagosa Springs. We plan to build our retirement home on the land in about 4 years. We met with Deborah and her crew and Colorado Dream Homes last week. We were looking for a future builder for our dream home as well as trying to get a ballpark figure on our future home building costs. Deborah and crew were absolutely amazing. Not only did they spend hours discussing the building process, designing, and pricing, they went out with us to our land to look at possible building sites. They went above and beyond with us knowing we were in the early stages of the pre construction process. They were honest, friendly, knowledgeable and very experienced. We now know the name of our future dream home builder. And it is Colorado Dream Homes!!!

Care and respectful treatment was all that was recieved when we called and arrived at San Juan Veterinary Hospital. I took our 4 dogs in alone for exams & vaccinations without any judgement of any canine social issues - haha. Our dogs are from 11 lbs. to 77 lbs. The staff were so helpful and supporting!

My husband and I booked back to back massages with Heart 2 Heart while on vacation in Pagosa Springs. Deni was amazing - personable, understanding, and intuitive with her massages. My husband is a below-knee amputee and deals with a lot of pain in his leg, his hip, and his back. After talking with my husband about his massage needs, Deni provided just the right therapeutic touch. He left with a release of pressure and pain in those spots and a feeling of overall relaxation. Her mobile unit is so cute and comfortable, too. Don't hesitate to book with Deni...you won't regret it!
