“Highlands was prompt with its initial visit, its walk-through, and its work. When an actual laborer with the consultant on a second visit, he pointed out issues the consultant had not spotted, thus avoiding many potential problems. Throughout the job (building a retaining wall, clearing soil of gravel, and regrading the surface), this person consulted and checked with the property owner to ensure understanding about inevitable snarls and about price changes. Furthermore, when something did not suit me, the company made a specific extra visit to the site to set it right. Excellent customer service.“

“Had a three rail vinyl fence installed in 2022. They did an awesome job installing the fence, communicating with me and working me into their schedule. We had a billing issue that they correct promptly as well. Even came out a couple times to make sure everything was going to go smoothly. Only complaint, they had one guy installing the pet mesh on a weekend by himself, that part of the job turned out poor at best. Would be a 5 star if that part wasn't so bad.“

We found AA Custom Fence and they did an amazing job! One of the most impressive things I liked about working with AA was their communication. As with many projects, sometimes things dont go to plan. Each time they had to make a change to the initial design of the gate system Ray contacted me, walked me through the change, and had me come out and physically review before proceeding. This is SO important to me because after the project had wrapped up, there were no surprises or assumptions that had been made. Everything was crystal clear during each step in the process. “I cannot rate this company highly enough. From the moment we called to get a quote to the time our fence project was complete, Metro Fence demonstrated the highest level of professionalism and customer service. We received multiple bids for our fence replacement project; Metro Fence came in the lowest. We almost didn't go with them because of this - we thought the price was too good to be true! But we did, and it is clear that Metro Fence doesn't upcharge for anything, compared to other companies who were charging over $2,500 more to do the same project. We were told that our project was going to be 4-6 weeks out, which was fine with us, but Metro Fence actually completed the project within two weeks of us signing the agreement. On the work days, the crew was on time, cleaned up beautifully, and completed the project within the given timeframe. You should definitely go with Metro Fence for any fencing project.“

I contacted Ozark Fence, they looked at it, and in a couple of minutes I could tell they have been in the local Denver fence business a long time. They knew the old fence business my dad had used used nearly 40 years ago. Their estimate was affordable and it included good quality materials. I didn't feel the need to contact anyone else.
