When an actual laborer with the consultant on a second visit, he pointed out issues the consultant had not spotted, thus avoiding many potential problems. Throughout the job (building a retaining wall, clearing soil of gravel, and regrading the surface), this person consulted and checked with the property owner to ensure understanding about inevitable snarls and about price changes. Furthermore, when something did not suit me, the company made a specific extra visit to the site to set it right. Excellent customer service.“
“The work they did was top notch! We needed a basic security gate installed and they did a great job. The price was way cheaper than others too. The only downfall is it took about 4 months to get on the schedule. I will say they were upfront with the time frame though so it wasn't a surprise. It's worth the wait to get good quality for a reasonable price. Once they started the job it took less than half a day to install. We are very pleased with our gate!“

“If you are looking for a reliable, trustworthy company who actually knows how to do fencing then look no further! We had a different fence company who was highly reviewed in Denver come out to our property on 5 acre property in Parker for roughly 1,000 ft. of fencing. Halfway through the job I could tell they didn't know what they were doing and called them on it and they walked off the job. I found Logan and his company online. He came out to do a walk through of the property and explained how he would do the fence and why the first company was doing it incorrectly. They exceeded all expectations and completed the project in a timely fashion. Their customer service is above and beyond what I expected. We also had a delivery driver hit our keypad and First Rate came out to repair it. Me and my wife are both business owners and know the importance of reviews. I also know there are a lot of companies out there with a lot of good reviews who are NOT GOOD! This company is not one of them. Save yourself the pain and hassle that I went through trying to find a fencing company. This is a company you can trust who are professionals in their craft. You will not be disappointed.
