I have been Getting Botox and fillers with Megan for years and am so happy with the results every single time. She makes me look fantastic every time i visit. I highly recommend this place. All the ladies at Uptown are very sweet and caring. It’s an amazing place and a must visit.

Came here for lip fillers, the woman who worked on me seemed very judgmental and made comments about my acne and scarring that I had on my face from it. Very irrelevant to comment about that as it had nothing to do with the procedure I paid to have done and what I was there for. Will never be returning, let’s not make our clients feel shame about something they can’t control.

I had such a wonderful experience at this spa! The space itself is absolutely beautiful and impeccably clean, which immediately made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Lora was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive from start to finish.
I had a dermaplane and DiamondGlow treatment with Becky, and I can’t say enough great things about her. She was knowledgeable, gentle, and made the entire experience feel both luxurious and personalized. My skin looked and felt amazing afterward—so smooth, refreshed, and glowing!
I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend booking with Becky if you’re considering a treatment!

Always the best experience!! I have known Shannon and Meghan for about 15 years and have always gotten the best results with things explained simply to me. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I’m also going to start using their lash growing products again. They worked so well when I used them before!! Highly recommend!!!

I have visited this clinic several times for cool peel treatments and have generally had a positive experience. However, during my most recent visit, I was charged a $25 fee for numbing cream at the end of my session. This was unexpected, as I had not been charged for this in previous appointments.
When I asked whether there had been a change in policy, I was told that cool peels do not typically include numbing cream. While I understand that policies may vary, it would have been helpful to be informed of this additional fee prior to the appointment or before the treatment began. Clear communication about any added costs in advance would help avoid surprises and improve the overall client experience!

Lost my business before I even got in the door. Went through the absolute ringer trying to get my mom and I scheduled for facials on the same day/same time with 2 estheticians. Confirmed that the treatment was an hour per person. Finally got scheduled, and less than 2 weeks before the appt got a text saying that they would only have one esthetician that day and could no longer do them simultaneously. Then she told me that they could do them back to back and we would both be done in an hour total (so 30 mins each not 1 hr). I have gotten this treatment at other med spas and know it takes an hour. Any less is a rip off. The girl that texted me about this was rude and condescending to me so I ended up cancelling everything. I will take my money elsewhere where I’m appreciated and accommodated.
