Involved in a hit and run. Kaizen Northglenn East was my shop of choice from my insurance. I met with them and they went over my car very carefully on what will need to be done. My appointment was made to begin while I was out of town. At the time of drop off again they went over and showed me all items they would be working on. I received daily text messages with the progress. My vehicle would have been completed earlier if it wasnt for my insurance company being a pain. I received my car (Penny Lane) as promised detailed on the inside as well! They are an A+ in my book and thank you Tara for all your help.

Got my car fixed up at this location (through insurance) and was very happy with my service. The parts took awhile to arrive but Tara was very communicative and kind. The car came back extremely well cleaned, full tank of gas, and looked incredible. They matched the paint perfectly. I would highly recommend this place.

Kaizen was a preferred repair shop for USAA so it was a no-brainer to send my car here for repair after being hit by an uninsured motorist. My service advisor Tara was amazing throughout the process. She kept me informed and could tell how invested I am in keeping my car nice so she went above and beyond in explaining how they were going to make my car “as good as new”. My car looks great, drives great, and I am so happy! Additionally, the warranty they have on their work makes me confident should anything ever come up, they’ll stand behind it.
