Octavio was very pleasant to deal with and he did good work with attention to detail. Navita in the office was also very nice and promptly communicative. My only complaint was that it took a LONG time to get the right part. It had to be sent back twice. So we had to keep pushing the installation date back.
Austin came over to give us an estimate and then came back the next day to complete the multiple projects for us. It was such a quick and stress free process! Austin was very professional and courteous. Additionally, one of our projects was less work than originally expected and Austin gave us a corrected price that was less than we were expecting. It’s so wonderful to work with a company that values customer service and honesty! I will definitely be using 1-800-Plumber +Air Front Range again and will pass along the information to my friends and family! Best plumber EVER!!
