I had an experience with Dr. Niles that truly restored my faith in dentistry. About a year ago, I was told I might need a crown replacement. I hesitated and waited. When I returned recently, I decided to go ahead and schedule the procedure. However, when I came in, Dr. Niles personally re-examined my tooth and explained that what looked concerning was actually a condition related to having braces as a child — something that makes my teeth appear worse than they are. She told me I did not need the crown replaced and sent me home without charging me. In a world where it can sometimes feel hard to know who to trust, Dr. Niles demonstrated incredible honesty and integrity. She understood that dental work can lead to more dental work and was not interested in doing a procedure that wasn’t truly necessary. I am so grateful to have found a dentist who prioritizes ethics and patient wellbeing over profit. That kind of trust is priceless.

After years of being a patient here, I don’t know why I waited so long to write this. Niles Family Dentistry truly deserves all the recognition. I avoided the dentist for years due to mental health struggles, anxiety, and shame. Niles changed everything. From my very first visit, the staff met me with empathy, understanding, and genuine kindness. They never made me feel judged or rushed, and instead offered support and compassion every step of the way.
They’ve not only improved my dental health, but also my overall wellbeing. If you’re neurodivergent, struggle with mental illness, or have avoided the dentist due to fear or past experiences, I truly cannot recommend Niles Family Dentistry enough.

I’m so grateful I found Niles Family Dentistry. Everyone was warm and inviting from the moment I walked in. It really does feel like a family, and the care I received was exceptional. The dental hygienist, Shanna, did an excellent job with my teeth and I never felt any pain. Dr. Niles is incredibly personable and friendly and gave me a clear plan for how to best care for my oral health. I feel confident in their hands and don’t dread coming back for treatment in the future. I cannot recommend this dental office more highly!

Dr Niles is very professional. Her office has all the latest dental devices. Her staff are A1c their treatment of patients. Dr Nikes is conservative in her approach to dentistry. One consideration I looked at when choosing a dentist is where they went to school. Dr Nikes went to the #1 school for dentistry for the last 9 years, The University of Michigan. I highly recommend Nikes Family Dentistry.

Niles family dentistry is by far the Best there is! They helped me get a crown in a very short time when I was about to lose my insurance the next month.then just weeks later,when I was having serious dental pain from a different issue, scheduled me that afternoon.staff is very friendly, professional and experienced.the ladies in the billing department will fight the insurance companies for you,as I have experienced.Dr Niles is awesome and takes her profession seriously and her office shows it

The place is nice the dentist and the dental staff are great.I had 4 crowns done there and multiple fillings. In the past 2 years, I have had a crown chip (had to replaced by different dentist), a couple fillings ended up breaking and now recently had a crown today fall out. Yeah... Next time just go to mexico and get everything done than pay 8K+ for the work.

What truly sets them apart is their unwavering professionalism, courteous manner and commitment to quality and comfort. Their attention to detail and patient care is outstanding. They utilize the latest dental and imaging technologies, and their office atmosphere is exceptionally welcoming. Front-door parking is also a convenient plus.
