We bought a house with an unfinished downstairs and contracted Jake to frame it out and do any finished carpentry as needed. His work was precise and done in a timely manner. We were very satisfied with his craftmanship and do not hesitate to recommend him.

A number of years ago Jacob built a home office over our existing garage. More recently we asked him to demolish and rebuild an overhang for a bay window at the dining room. In both cases the quality of work and attention to detail was excellent. We will not hesitate to use him for future work.

Neathawk Building and Jacob were great to work with start to finish of project. Jacob and team built a front porch cover attached to our house along with creating a new concrete landing and walkway layout (structure build, concrete work, roofing, gutters and interior foyer re-configuration). Could not be happier with the outcome. Jacob was on-site every day to ensure planning and building were on track (including in bad winter weather). Highly recommend his services.
