Rich came to my families newly purchased propert to do a sand and coat on the floors here. He did a spectacular job and id be hesitant to work with any other floor guy after working with him! On top of knowing what hes doing and taking pride in his work, hes just a peach and a greay human being. My family, my realtor, and myself all are blown away at the quality of his work !

The first day our home was on the market we found out the movers left a slow leak and we needed to replacing the floors. We had already moved out of the area so Sam meet with our realtors, insurance adjuster and us virtually to come up with a plan.
