I received an email advising that if I went to the doctor before the end of the year I would receive a $25 gift card. I did go in on 11/30/22 and saw the doctor and asked about the gift card. Front desk said she would call me back after checking. I called the next day and was told the same thing. Never got the call.

I’ve been going to them since around 2010 and have always walked out happy. They had a few bumps to work out when optum bought them but for the most part they have always been great.

Optum in Monument, is a very chaotic place! I have nothing against the new staff (doctor's etc) it's just not as reassuring (as it was when it was Davita) that anyone knows what their doing. Interesting that this negative atmosphere began to appear, not long before Optum took over, however at the time I did not know of the major changes in ownership that was occuring.
